I love cooking and I always look for recipes online so that I'll be able to serve a new dish everyday. But I want to make sure I'm giving my family healthy foods, just what they deserve. And while taking this into consideration, I found this book in the internet. You can check it out. http://a7939xoci5-2xqq3oh5jkdr5b2.hop.clickbank.net. It's for people who are very careful with what they eat like me and my family. :)

Thanks for sharing this link. I find it difficult to plan and prepare menus to cook everyday especially because each of us has special needs. Like my husband is a stone former so I'm careful about the foods I cook that will fit on his diet. My kids are not that fond of eating veggies so I find it hard also to prepare foods that are healthy with vegetables in it. My family have a history of diabetes so I am also careful with what I eat.

Thank you, I too like to follow healthy eating, I lost a lot of weight on the Weight watchers Core Plan, I got lots of recipes from onr of the members who had their own website - Oldchem - I still have several of her ebooks, there are some great low fat recipes in them.
I think that ism is really important that we feed our family well and bring them upo as healthily as possible and educate our children how to eat well and in a nutritional way.

I agree with you. Health must be the priority when it comes to giving your family the right food. :)

I love to cook too and I have found that internet is a source of help. Not only do they give good recipes but they also have sites where health is important and the recipes are given for specialhealth needs. Such is the case of the site Real Age. It also sends reports to your mailbox, should you want them.
