Is 20dollars2surf scam?

Does anybody knows about 20dollars2surf? It's a type of cashbar/autosurf i think. Is this a scam or not? They have proof of payment but i not sure if it's true. I just don't want to waste my time with this cashbar if it is scam. Any advices? Thanks, Weng

Hi Weng! I have researched about this site, but unfortunately most of them, well in fact all the reviews rated the site as negative, Poor or Bad. Well it's up to you to join it or not. Anyway good luck with your earnings!
