I found a music which can make you grow taller definitely (I was told like that). Do you think it's true?

Probably not. Height is determined by genetics, area, and sometimes your health. If you have a family history of tall people, there is most likely a chance you'll be tall. But if you're overweight through your teens then your height might be stunned. If you're over the age of 30, there is not much of a chance that you'll grow any taller. If anything you'll probably start to slowly shrink. Woman stop growing in their teens and men can still grow till their early to mid 20's. Some people think milk can help you grow but I don't think it's a proven fact. Being healthy will get you to your top height but you'll have to do it within a certain age. Sleep also helps kids grow taller so that's why they tell kids coffee can stunt a child's growth.

Thank you for your explanation. I understand now. But, are you sure woman can't grow taller after her teens age?

You can grow taller permanently by up to 2 inches by doing stretching exercises. But there is no way to grow taller after puperty. FOR GIRLS its from 11 to 18, for boys 12 to about 20. After that there is nofing you can do about your height except surgery (limb lengthening, which is really expensive )
