I have drink coffee, since childhood, wich is quite normal in my country, but recently, I have been told to quit drinking coffee, specially at nights, because it may produce heart diceases, and I want to ask you for your opinion, is it true that I may have health problems for drinking coffee, or shoul I restrict it to one cup per day, at mornings.
I can dream my life without drinking coffee.

There has been some evidence lately saying that moderate drinking of coffee may have health benefits. These are reviewed on Wikipedia. You should check it out.

There is mixed information on drinking coffee. In general, I think it is beneficial because it is an antixodant. My grandparents drank coffee every day and lived into their 90's. I think if it interferes with your sleep you should not drink too much, other wise I think it is fine.
