cd disk drive dont load

when i put a cd in it doesn't load the cd anymore why is that do anyone know

Have you tried different cd/dvd? Is the CD/DVD drive detected on My Computer? What operating system are you using? We need basic information to help you.. :D thanks

yes i've used different cd/dvd im using windows xp. what do you mean by is cd drive detected on my computer

no i haven't my mom and cousin use my computer sometimes ask them did they install something they said no...and yes when i go to my computer it's there
