How to cook steak? give receipts

I really like to eat steaks, however I don't know how to cook it.Mylotters, could you please teach me to make this? what other accessory I need to prepare?

Its easy, buy any kind of meat, premium recommended, like T-bone, sirloin or rib eyes, mix with a bit of salt and black pepper, pan fry with medium heat about 15 to 20 minutes, when still hot, melt a slice of butter and cheese on top of the steak, then you have a very basic steak in the world
