Do you a gastrosoph? Everybody has his favorite dishs,so what is you favorite dish.couse my favorite dish is braised fish in brown sauce,but i do not kown how to make it.Do you kown how to make it? And what ingredients will be needed? If you are good at it,can you tell me how to do that?Thanks for sharing with me.

Hi buddhis, It seems mouth watering actually I love fish but do not like all the fishes available on the market due to some sort of smell or due to some odd cultural difference,but yes fish is one such menu which is always welcome dish daily if possible. The dish which you have mentioned and asked for,is out of my knowledge and hence I would be very eager to know from this discussion and hope some one will pass on the hints how to cook it. it's right.couse the cultural difference,we make it into different styles and flavors. when you go to the market,you can just buy the food you enjoy.it's all on you.it's very convenient now.
