Most commonly used line "i love you".

i simply explain the meaning of I LOVE U this beautiful or heart touchable word is like giving respect for one life for life time. I-me (he/she) LOVE-wants to say that u r the most beautiful person in the life for me in front of you nobody is greater.i just feel like i m in the heaven . u-with u and combining this word means "i want to live with u and love u for life time until to my last breath"

No. I don't believe just anybody telling that he/she loves me. There came even a point when I don't believe in my husband when he tells me that. Why would I after betraying my trust and tainting the love we have.... I , for sure, can never and will never say I love you to a person unless I really meant it. It is very difficult to utter when there's just nothing like that that you feel inside and it is also very easy to say when you truly feel such love to a person. I everyday say I love you to my kids. At least three times a day.:)

People may use this phrase improperly but I Love You can be the most beautiful phrase in the English language. By simply hearing it, you can float on air and move mountains. If only people will value it, it would sound more meaningful.

hmmm...sometimes I'm also thinking that maybe the person who usually say this three words sometimes doesn't mean it anymore if he will say it every hour of everyday. But it's not true specially if you love the person, saying I Love you could give more closeness and emotional security to someone you love.

....for me you can tell anyone i love you if you really mean that word..although there are people like what you said, used that word to cheat or gain trust...we can't do anything about that...however, if someone told us that they love us by saying i love you...it should be accompanied with actions...for words without actions are empty in my own point of view..=)

Well i have a diff approach to it..if someone says that she loves me i would first test her ...n by that i will know whether she really loves me or not..n u just dun start trusting on the person who says i love you u gotta feel yourself whether u feel the same thing about that person or not....! n please don't think that everyone is cheating by saying it maybe someone close to u fell but he dosent have the courage to tell you !

I believe everything is good and fair if we mean it for good and fair itself. So, cheating, tricking, and seducing are not part of something good, and those are, for sure, unfair. But to gain trust does not always mean bad. We sometimes want our lover to trust us more, so we use that line of words. As for me; believe me, that deep inside our heart we can detect if that line is meant for good or vise versa. I myself prefer the realization of tha line. If someone says "I love you" then prove it!

If you trust your partner fully. You would always know they speak those words right out of their heart. I say it to my girlfriend regularly. Not only in the good and happy times but also when things are not going like how we wanted them to. To be loving and supportive at all times. If you, for some reason doubt when your partner says that to you, you are not going to feel anything, sadly. Yeah, i can understand what you want to mean here prettyauds, and finding ways for cheating and finding excuses or trying to lure attention by saying 'i love you' is just so wrong! :(

Yes it is very very common lines in this generations.. because mostly people only misused these lines.. with flirting.. I think.. if you loved someone truly then you say it to her from heart.. the.. you may feel some good things.. but in this generations .. mostly peoples misused these lines.. love is nothing for them.. it is only a fun for them..

if you really trust the person who used that line to you then you would believe that he/she really means it.. I admit i would always use that line, BUT I AM PROUD that i USED it to ONE GIRL ONLY for 2 YEARS already and i know whenever she replied back, she means it.. LOVE IS A GIFT that must be wrap with trust to the one who you will give it too..

Many people use that line not on purpose,but for selfish reasons.You don't need to declare love,for you to feel it :)

Yes, absolutely right. People are too used to to use this words. They should consider and dont tell it anytime to anyone. Thats a pity because that gives me impression people disregards love itself. I am not saying it often. Maybe because I am single but when I was with my ex I tend not to overuse it.

It would depend very much on who's saying it and in what sense of the word they mean it. But yes, I'm a trusting person and i would most likely believe someone if they said they loved me, whether or not its just because they're trying to gain trust to do something bad. One simply has no idea if thats the case, and in my personal opinion its better to believe them and find out otherwise then not believe a person and find out they meant it.

Loving someone is a beautiful thing. Saying I love you to your love ones would mean music to their ears. I can say I LOVE YOU everyday to my family because they made me so happy
