There's several ways, for example, using traffic exchanges to promote your sites, posting in forums, creating your own blog in which you can talk about those sites and how nice they are (if you post payment proofs it's even better, since people can see that the site actually pays), or just the good old word of mouth, is in, telling your friends and family about it :)

I agree with you, I believe the harder part is keeping the referrals active especially long term is the hard part.

That's so true! I've gotten referrals on some sites and been all happy about it, only to find out that they're not really being active or anything of that sort, and therefore not giving me any earnings. But I'm not giving up :)

To get direct refferal is not an easy task but if you have a big online network and contacts,give them your refferal link to join and use TRAFFIC EXCHANGES more and more...

I had heard about Traffic Xchange so far but i really dont know, what is this Traffic Exchange. If you don't mind please explain me what is it and how does it works or whatever it does ?
