Because it will reduce the cost of work. Clients will get the work done 24/7 through cheaper costs.

Because it is more affordable to outsource than to hire agents in the U.S. As you can imagine, agents here are just getting about one third of the amount of U.S agents' salary, therefore 1 call center company in the U.S is equivalent to 3 call center here already.
