I've found this site yesterday but I still don't know that exactly it is, it seem like a ptc site but not. Anyone knows?

Are you perhaps talking about Beruby.com? It's a site that pays you for visiting certain sites, signing up for some others, and getting some cash back when shopping for stuff online. I think it's a really nice site, actually, there's a link to it on my profile, if you're curious and want to check it out :)
