Would you rather stay home with your kids or work?

My choice is to stay at home with my 2 year old. My husband agrees. When you work you miss all the little things. For example their first tooth, their first word, their first steps,etc. When the kids are older then its different. The first few years of a childs life they need a lot of love and nuturing. I would rather be the one giving those thing to my child. It's just not the same for someone else to love and nuture you child(ren).
