Always try to find reviews about a website before joining them to see if they are scams or not.

I'm sorry to hear about what happened. I suggest try to focus here on Mylot because this is a tested and proved site. There are a lot of members here who have received payment. It may be a little bit slow compared to other sites promising quick-rich schemes; at least this one's real.

Hi dear, We should know certain basic facts which are related to online jobs. First of all, you don't know who they are and they don't know who you are. So, it is a game and you should always ready to accept the failure. If you succeed, it is a mere chance only. I mean to say, if you are trying any online jogs, for security purpose, don't pay any money in advance. If you pay anything, assume that it is gone. Not always. But, if you are ready to do that, you can go on. I am not telling all are like that. Out of a 100, a few will be there. But how will we trust. So, it is my policy that NO PAYMENT BEFORE ANY JOB. So keep in mind that all are fraud and we will not get anything. Your money and effort will be a waste and they will simply fool up you. When we come to know the fact, it may be so late to understand. So, if it is lost, let it be. But do not pay any single penny, in advance. Chances are there, only chance. But not sure. If we are not sure, they why. The 100% assured people are not paying, then what about others? So lost is lost, if got well and good. Remember, this is my experience. The rest are all with you. If you are not paid, then your effort only will be in a loss. That we can suffer. But money is our already earned one, and it has value. So think twice or thrice before paying. Try to do all free registration and work with many such things. A 'many' small things will give you a 'big' total after some time, on no paid works. Regards, Thank-s

I'm really sorry to hear that you got scammed, it's unfortunate that such things happen so often nowadays :( A very useful thing to do when looking for work online is to do a lot of research, to make sure that whatever site you join is legit and not a scam. Also, as someone else in the thread said already, sites that make you pay before you can actually do anything are usually scams, so be really careful with those. Speaking of online jobs, a really good site is Freelancer.com, it's kinda like an auction site in which employers post projects and users can 'bid' on them (as in, stating how much they charge, how long it'll take to deliver the project, etc)... it's free to join and there's a lot of different categories, so you're bound to find something for you. There are many ways to know if its a scam or not so ask someone or others before joining any sites that promise you that you will earn a lot.
