my palpal is limited and they say will be closed. How to prevent it?

Couple months ago, some one stole my money from paypal, and I resolve the problem with paypal, and my money has been back. But unfortunately, those event has made my account in limited condition. I try to resolved that, but again, an email got in to inbox and said my account will be closed because security reason. Do you has a solution to make my account stay?

what a pity for you syahlan. how come someone can steal your money in paypal?? amazing..i think paypal is safe and safer more than in bank

It is save, and my money back. May be someone know my password, and since then I changed my password and this password is different from the other password.

First and for most do not believe it if its sent to your email. If there is a problem with your paypal account it will be on your main account page on paypal. There are people that are phishing trying to get your paypal info by sending you a email that looks as if its being sent from paypal. If there is a problem you would need to log into paypal (not using the link in the email) to resolve. I would suggest getting in touch with the people at paypal and speaking with them directly as they would know what you need to do to fix your account. Good luck I hope you get it fixed.

Actually, it happens also to me before. Their customer support are just fine. If you ask questions for them, they will reply you right away. Try contacting them also if the suggestion above won't work.
