I was on Facebook when I got this post. My friend does not understand the difference of the two. She asked her mom and her answer - one screens the sun, the other blocks it.LOL
Then I start to wonder, what is the difference? Anyone knows about it.

I don't use either one. However I am thinking that sun screen is not as strong as a sun blocker. A blocker would not allow any sun in and a screen would filter it out but still allow some in. But I'm just guessing here!

hi trishasantos I think sunscreen has one ingredient to screen your skin from the worst of the suns rays while sun block has several or more ingredients that completely shut out all the suns rays so I always use the one marked Sun Block for best results.
