what do you do on weekends?

are your weekends more hectic than weekdays with so many plans u keep on postponing for the end of week???

Most weekends I am free. Although there are times that I have to work. So when I do not have any work to do, Sundays are family time for me. Usually I go out with my family to the beach or sometimes we go to the mall. We share times together considering that its the only time that me and my wife have no work to do aside from holidays. So we make use of the time well with our child.

now that's a good one. the reason why i started this discussion was- because i want to spend weekends either relaxing or going out, having fun with friends and family. i am a home based writer. when ever weekend is approaching, i start planning out something or the other, but i end up either cleaning or taking up some freelance work.
actually, when i tell people, im working from home, they exclaim- "wow! your daughter is so lucky, you spend so much time with her". but the fact is- i work from home, that means i work day and night. i have no quality time for my daughter and husband(who is generally working when i'm free).
i really wish i start enjoying on weekends rather than dragging my week's work towards the end of it :(
