Are the current match fixing allegations affecting the popularity of cricket?

I do not think that it will effect the popularity of the game but it does take some gloss off the win by England. Trott and Broads fabulous partnership which was a record 9th wicket total will be overshadowed by the allegations.
It was not so much match fixing but bowling no balls at certain times which was the main allegation.

I am pretty sure that players from all countries are involved. In fact if you see the ones blamed in the last round of match fixing allegations it pretty much covered all the playing nations. Only thing is that other nations have become a bit more cautious about such things while Pakistan has continued to get involved in these activities. Also in other nations it is an individual who seems to get involved, here it seems to be a more structural participation of the team itself!!
Cheers!

I think the interest in cricket will surely fall down in future if not now ,ICC has always been very irresponsible on this issue, along with individual boards, there is no fear in players and i am sure if these three players will play in world cup no one will take any of the matches seriously.
