Welcome. I have never spent a lot of time customizing my page so I am sure others can help you with that. The way to earn here is very simple. You just simply both start discussions by asking questions, and then you also join in discussions by answering other people's questions Answers should be high quality usually at least 4 lines of text and actual answers not just yes, no, maybe you should try to express as much as you can explaining why you feel the way you do about your answer. You can also do tasks to earn a little extra on here.
