Try some foods with high fat, but less cholesterol. We have to work hard to keep weight on my son. He drinks whole milk, eats things like avacado, and before bed has a scoop of protein shake in his milk. It's worked pretty well for us to keep him from getting too skinny.

It depends on what kind of hamburger it is. A McDonald's Big & Tasty has 460 calories in it but you can actually order entree salads that have more calories in them than a hamburger. Eat lots of carbs...bread, pasta, potatoes, corn, and pancakes. Also eat corn, peas and other strachy veggies. Good luck

I've never bothered to count calories in a great cheeseburger with all accoutrements, but be very sure there are many. And you could always eat two of them if you really want or "need" to . I guess you have the kind of metabolism that's always "running". I've heard the "experts" call it a "wasteful" metabolism. I wish I had more of a wasteful metabolism; mine's too slow, so I can't eat as much as I'd like to.

Do you mean that you want to raise your weight? Hamburger is good! Besides, you can eat Spagetti, bread, cheese etc...
