I usually eat breakfast, but am hungry a few hours later, which is normal. We are actually suppose to eat about six small meals throughout the day instead of three regular meals. This suppose to help keep our blood sugar regulated and help control our hunger.
Eat foods that are filled with fiber also helps to fill your stomach because the fiber does expand in the stomach which gives you a full and satisfying feeling. I choose to eat the Fiber One cereals because they have the most fiber in them, and they work to give your body assistance in waste elimination which is important if you want to keep your colon clean.
Drink lot of pure water is also a great way to curb your hunger.

I heard it takes 2-5 hours for your stomach to empty so feeling hungry 2 hours after breakfast seems " normal" All I can suggest is to have a healthy snack like some fruit to hold you over until lunch. Me? I can and have gone All day without eating. I get up and I am not hungry . Then I get busy and I don't eat until late.

I don't know about your situation, but perhaps you could try modifying your breakfast. Add more protein and fiber to keep you full longer. And you could also take healthy snacks with you to work or school (or wherever you go) so you can munch on those throughout the day. Also, drinking water helps. Sometimes we confuse our thirst with hunger.

I actually eat a lot in breakfast because it is the important meal in a day and I drink also lots a water after taking my breakfast..
And every time I fell hungry I just eat some biscuit and drink again a lots of water, but I can still manage my size and I do more of exercise in a day by playing my favorite sport and that is volleyball...

Oh. I know! You have to be depressed and stressed and then, you won't feel hungry anymore. He he he... okay. Just kidding. Anyway, I am now serious. After you eat breakfast, you find a way that will divert your attention to other things rather than a food. I don't know if this is effective because for me, if I am addicted to something like surfing on the internet, I won't feel hungry or I forgot that I am hungry.
He he he he, I don't know if it is effective. That is my experience.

in the morning its natural to feel hungry thts the time when our metabolism works fastest ... so even if we eat something its not gonna add on to the weight ... the problem arises when we eat heavy food for dinner thats when it starts accumulating inside
