How are you doing with menapause or peri-menapause?

I am remembering when I was 13, that time of month started. Now I am 50 and am not sure what is happening to it as it stays away for a couple of months and then comes and hangs around too long... It is the hormones or, in some cases, her moans. (I am feeling glad that I am not having hot flashes and hope they stay away. -- knocking on wood here.) I am wondering how you are doing with menapause or peri-menapause?
