it depends on which alien race you are talking about Gaia is a fertile plane, very attractive to space travellers many have come here, some created civilizations for them to come back to, some did not interfere with life on earth, they simply come and go the ones that created civilizations, have bloodlines of their own they had children with earth women and some of these children stayed on Earth so not all humans are descendants of space travellers the women they mated with were selected few: queens, princesses, priestess etc that's why not all humans are alien bloodlines the bloodlines carry knowledge from their ancestors that makes them more powerful than non bloodlines they also inter-marry within themselves in order to preserve the knowledge and the genes creating secret societies I don't know who these societies are but they have people everywhere financial, politic, economy, military, research etc otherwise they won't be able to be in power and control earth
