What's CashGopher?

I saw here on MyLot that I had an "alert". It was a message from MyLot telling me that CashGopher has posted a new message on their blog and blah blah blah. So I went to their website to check it out. It says if you install their software, your computer makes money for you. There's a minimum payout amount - $10 - and they pay via PayPal.
Any MyLotters here familiar with this program? Does it really work or have you had problems with it? Let me know!

No one really addressed whether or not CashGopher was harmful to your computer. What exactly does it install and what does it do to your computer? That is what I am most concerned about.
