One thing I've learned about problems is that they like worry. Worry is a magnet for them. If however we just "let it be," our current worrisome condition well probably not even be part of our life a short time from now. If we worry enough about it however, it will be sure to stick around. Do you feel that this is true?

Hi Pose123!.
I think worry more destructing than the problem itself.
Its makes you don't have a peace at that moment and think about thats problem all day and cannot focus on other thing.
So I think you are right my friend .
Have a nice day .

I have to be the world's worst worry wart. I can worry about, what, what if, maybe and just about anything.
It causes me to deter my intellectual thoughts and fret for hours and days on end. It is part of my nature and no matter how many self help exercises I try I seem to never let go of this habitual habit.

Hi hardworkinggurl, Old habits are hard to break but I'm sure you can see the hurt that all of this worry is doing to you. There is no one things that works for everyone but we all take life much too seriously, try laughing more. Perhaps you could try helping someone who could use some help in order to get your mind off your own worries. Thank you for sharing. Blessings.

there is no problem from being worried. we just have to maintain it and do not get to the point that you are worrying about every little things. for example, it is ok to worry for your child if he/she is not yet home in the usual time he/she is coming home. but you should not worry too much about everything that your child is doing. because they also have their own lives and if there is trust, worries will be reduced.

Hi kmaram, Thank you for commenting and I know what you mean about being concerned over a child and it would come natural to most of us. To worry however only brings on more stress and the more we trust the right outcome the better things are likely to work out. Blessings.

I don't believe that it is possible for us not to have problems without worry. They seem to go hand in hand. Where problems go, worry is sure to follow. Sometimes we can worry a problem into a frenzy. What might have started out to be a small problem is enhanced by how much we worry about it. If we could just find a way to rid ourselves of worry, we might have less problems.

Hi sender, Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Most of us have been programed to worry despite the fact that it always makes the problems loom larger and lessens or ability to solve it. Chronic worriers always appear to have more problems, while those who worry less have less or they handle them much better. Blessings.

we really need to worry about our over population on earth
its slow poisoning our our only precious planet.
if each country's population remains less than 2 crores
it will reduce pollution
how will one reduce such population?
i can only think of world war including civilians fighting each other.

Hello my friend, I am probably the world's worst worrier, in fact I do worse, I catastrophize, I take those niggling worries and escalate them! So much so that I give myself sleepless nights, and no doubt it's not doing my internal system much good either. I wish I could practice what I preached, I'd say sit down practically for 10 minutes and do nothing else but worry for that amount of time about the worry you have on your mind. after the 10 minutes has anything changed? NO! Most of the time what I have blown out of proportion has never transpired! So I've wasted energy and stress worrying! and I wonder why my GP prescribed me with anxiety! Me I think I am bordering neurotic if truth be known.

Hi wolfie, Very few people practice what they preach,so don't feel bad.
"Physician heal thyself" is a sayings that's been around a long time. Many people can help others but seem able to do little to help themselves. I'd love to be able to help you my friend but you already seem to understand so much. The fact is nothing really matters that much and most of us take life far too seriously. I often think that we'd be better off if we just laughed more. Life is short and a few years from now no one we know will be here and no will remember or care about the things we worry about today. Blessings.

I must admit the fact that I can't avoid of being in worry to the extent of being pessimistic. That is why I am trying my best to solve my problems so that I could be able to lessen all my worries. As they say that we should be a warrior not a worrier.

Problem and worry both are indispensable, they both walk together hand in hand. If you happen to meet them they both hug you together, and do not wish to part. Best thing you can do is to avoid them.

I guess it is a natural reaction for everyone to have when encountering a problem, or worrying about the unknown. However I have learnt that there is always a solution for the worse problem, we just need to research or think about it, or even consult others. Trying to find a solution or even trying out the different solutions are better than sitting around worrying about the problem.

Worry... worry... worry... problems... problems... problems...
Life is different without worries and problems ...
Life would not be easy if worries and problems are not there...
Everyone lives with full of worries and problems.
Worried of where to get your daily needs, money, jobs,
Problems with relationships... with your spouse, your family.... you name it...
