It would have to be lunch since breakfast is the most important meal of the day and shouldn't be missed. I usually snack throughout the day and lunch is rarely a major meal for me. There are alot of unfortunate people who don't have a meal a day. I am one of them as a matter of fact. Not all the time, usually toward the end of the month.

I am not a big foodie. So I can donate any of my meals. It does not matter to me whether I donate Breakfast, lunch or dinner. But for donating I need not have to skip my meal. I can have my meal and at the same time donate them. In fact most of the time my mother asks our house maid to have food at our house. She is very poor, the soul earner of her house with 7 people to eat. But she refuses, she doesn't wish to have food at our house alone while her children are hungry at home.
However poor they may be, they still have their self-respect.

To be honest with you, I always skip my lunch everyday. I never brought the lunch to work, and I never intend to go out and bought those quick - bite sandwich or from the fast - food restaurants. So, if you ask me that question, lunch is the obvious answer for it.

maybe you are observing the after 6 diet, when at the Philippines slimming diets are known to be, If right after 6 evening you don't eat everyday, a way to staying slim... but, you don't have to do it, I hear a lot, after they observed that, "after 6 diet" they are turning fatter... Hahaha, LOL... I'd rather be chubby and fat, but, fit...

BReakfast.. haha =D I'm not a breakfast guy and i can always afford to skip it.. hehe ^_^ If that's not enough, i can skip lunch too.. lol =D There will be times whereby i'm really busy and only start my first meal about 4pm!! haha =D
By then it's already tea time, and my dinner will be at 10-11pm.. haha =D I'm able to survive on just 1.5-2 meals a day, but those meals have to be very big in portion to make up for the rest of the day.. haha =D

dweebs instead of doing that the slow way by not eating a meal, why not instead just donate money to a cause to feed hungry people or go buy somne extra groceries instead and give that to the food banks. I cannot go without eating a little something three to four times a day as I am what is called a brittle diabetic prone to low and high sugars and must eat when its time.I have donated sacks of food to the food banks so I am really doing my part too.

it's just that if-and-if...
we are having just as an example, but, i am having, a broken financial status...
i do, by giving coins at stores, where there is a donation box and/or cans...

If it's for a good cause, then I think I can skip a dinner or some dinners. There are a lot of people who sleep at night with empty stomachs. And I really feel sad about them. That's why I'm willing to donate some of my dinners to the less fortunate so that they would be able to sleep happy and full.
Oh and in addition, I think giving up some of my dinners would help me control my appetite and my diet.

Lunchtime. I can eat breakfast for a day and skip lunch. We all can survive a day without a meal for as long as we drink enough water. Better for health and those people who wants to loose weight. Better fast and donate your meals to the less fortnate, then it is also an advantage to your health.

id rather give up my breakfast because my mom said that it is the most important meal of the day. its good for them to start their day with full stomach. it will help them in thinking to find other ways to find food for their lunch and dinner :)
