My N72 memory card corrupted,how to restore the data inside

Yesterday myself a few phone themes,save to memory card after all normal.but this morning when the alarm clock off,the theme has suddenly lost,became the default interface,Nokia,and all the photos and ringtones card has no to the memory card to see when the show "memory card corrupted",and with the card reader connected to your computer does not show......
I would like to ask you,is not really bad memory card?Buy new does no matter,but the data inside the original card can restore it?

try to get your password in memory card in order for you to see in computer using your memory card reader. memory card with password cannot be read by computer unless you remove it in your phone. if not mistaken it can be found in your setting, memory card, password.
