How to correct my English pronunciation ?

Hello, The best way to learn English pronunciation is to watch movies. If you are interested in American Pronunciation then watch Hollywood movies. Similarly, for British pronunciation, you have to watch British movies only. There was a time when I watched movies all day. I was preparing for an examination on American English. Download TTS Engine, which is a freeware. You can select and load an English text and the reader will read it aloud, with American Pronunciation. Keep listening to it. Improve your grammar which will make your speech more organized. Use a dictionary, preferably, software version. Learn the pronunciation of individual words there. If you don't have a software dictionary, just learn phonetics in Oxford or Cambridge ALD. During the time of your preparation avoid listening to other languages as much as you can. Thanks. When I was in school my English teachers were from the mountain area of the HeNan province in China. They were unable to teach me standard English pronunciation because they spoke in a local tongue. Even if I speak slowly when I talk to my friends, they can hardly understand me. They call what I speak, "Changlish." Above is your post in proper English form.
