It means you're allergic to the kind of make up that you're using. Before trying anything on, test it first maybe just a little in a small part of your face first. If that part itches then don't wear it. Try going to a dermatologist and seek an advice about your pimples and your allergic reaction to certain cosmetics maybe she can recommend one which is dermatologically tested.

Hi sadie, pimples are very natural with oily and sensitive skins. why don't u try a herbal method, no side effects and bad effects....apply a paste of turmeric, sandalwood powder and gram flour. this will dry off the pimple very quickly. wash your face with gram flour every morning and after you return home after long hours of staying outside.
try this , it will surely help u...

First of all, if you know that your skin is so delicate, never ever buy cheap make up, even if it may sound attractive to buy many things at a low price. Our face is a very delicate and important part of our body, it's better not to wear make up than to wear something that isn't good for our skin.
Before putting make up on, be sure to cover your skin in moisturizing cream specifically for your face, that way the make up won't have direct contact with the skin itself, and the possibility of allergic reactions goes down a lot. Then try the product of a little part of your hand before putting it on your face, if within 24 hours your skin doesn't get itchy, then the product may be good for you. If you know your skin is so sensitive, don't exaggerate in putting make up on.
If you want to treat your pimples, try asking in a pharmacy for a specific product, unfortunately I can't tell you much, since I live in Italy and I don't know which products are sold outside of my country. If there's Garnier where you live, it may have some good products for you. :)
I can only tell you that putting a bit of toothpaste on it when the pimple is coming out may help it to reabsorb.
I hope my English was understandable! :)

I think that natural is the best. So, I also keep my face without make up. I hope that I only wear it when I was 40 years old.
