i use eyeliner but???

I use pencil eyeliner sometimes but the best thing for me is to use eyeshadow. It doesnt look as harsh an is not stickey. It does not run or smudge under your eyes. What you do is get a thin angled brush dip in water and then dip on the color of eyeshadow you want to use then blot on your hand. Then simply apply. repeat the process until you get the perfect look. It is easy and offers alot of different options color wise.

Avon sells glimmersticks eyeliner that are my absolute favourites. The pencil eyeliner is self-sharpening, goes on so smoothly you basically just do one swipe, and the point is so fine you can get a liquid eyeliner look with a pencil! Also, they are often on sale for a really good price!

I don't like buying those wet eyeliners because they are so hard to control. It seems like I have put on a ton of the eyeliner every time, when all I wanted was a modest amount. So I've learned that I work better with a pencil eyeliner. Yeah, the ones that needs sharpening. They are easier to control when putting them on. I don't buy depending on the brand. Actually I buy depending on my budget. Haha! But if you're the type who's sensitive, then buy the hypoallergenic ones. I stick to the black/brown or dark brown color because it suits me well. Plus, I can use it on my eyebrows too. Haha!

I've gone through so many different brands of eyeliner over the years. Covergirl Perfect Point Plus is my absolute favorite. My sister has used it for years and it's what we both buy. I'm not a huge fan of liquid eyeliner. I say don't use it unless you know how to control it.
