I love this kind of discussion since this one of the best thing I am proud of with my partner because he teach me how to drive a lot of traffic to your sites and you might find this very useful not only to your blog but also if you are writing an article. Here are some of the ways that my boyfriend doing how to get almost 5000 visitors in a day. 1. Social bookmarking sites. he has a list of almost 800 social bookmarking sites and he has a software that automatically post a syndication in all of this social bookmarking sites when ever he write something on his blog or website. 2. Social networking sites. he also has a list of almost 130 social networking sites and again he use a software that automatically update his profile for status and blog updates. 3. Feedburner. use this if you are a blogger 4. Youtube and other video sharing sites 5. Forums. go to bigboards.com for list of forums with high traffic 6. Backlink 7. Traffic exchange he have joined in almost 20 traffic exchange 8. Aurora sites yes they offer TE's too 9. Search engine submission this is one the best part because the more search engine you submitted your URL the more visitors you'll get.

I find the best way is simply to comment on other websites and blogs in the same niche, and hope that the people who have the other sites or blogs will visit yours, and maybe their visitors. Slowly but surely, this will cause you to get more readers who are actually interested in your content. There are short cuts too, but I personally do not believe in them.

There is a surf sites or exchange that you view other sites and their owner view your site.But that's not the perfect way becouse most of people that using these sites even don't watch the sites. The best way for me is SEO. When your site/blog appears in the first pages on the Serch Engines you generate the traffic by people who really want the information in your blog and search for it.
