Anil Kumble bowled superbly, just gave 10 runs in 4 overs that too in T20

Anil Kumble is one of the best bowlers and leading wicket taker that India has..he is good in all the formats, be it ODi, Test or T20...he is better than the few spinners India has at current...namely harbhajan...see the records of both the two...even in T20 IPL see the record and you will find harbhajan lagging behind wereas Kumble would be up the order if not leading... he is a true champ..a genius...he is in the same category in the bowling as Sachin is to batting...truely amazing.

yes...hed did bowl well....The oldies still have a lot to give to cricket. Dravid, Kuble, kallis...and a lovely finish by Uthappa. But its really a pity he does not get a chance in the Indian team.

Guyana batsmen were not able to read Kumble's length at all, this shows that this team from West Indies are poor against quality spinners. So, every team will capitalize this weak and exploit. RCB and Kumble's performance must be seen against the Redbacks, Lions and Mumbai Indians. If he is economical against these team then RCB will sure to win all the matches and top the group and qualify for semis...

Kumble is a champion bowler , best inspiration for young cricketers i think.At this age he is performing so well .In Twenty 20 cricket one has to bowl just four overs and its easy for champion bowler like Kumble.Also the pitches here with lot of bounce in them suits his kind of bowling and hence Kumble is likely to perform well in coming matches also.Bangalore team definitely has the best bowling attack with Kallis and Kumble being the key players for them

No question about Anil Kumble's greatness. He is the greatest match winner India has ever had along with Sachin. Rather some say he is greater than even Sachin in terms of winning matches. How can we forget his "perfect 10" against Pakistan at Kotla? How can we forget his heroics in West Indies? With a broken jaw he came to bowl for his teams sake and picked up 2 crucial wicket including Lara. Such is the man's commitment. Genius will always be genius irrespective the form of the game. You are right "Jumbo" is far better bowler than current Indian spinners including Harbhajan. We always hoped to get a breakthrough whenever he took the charge. Like me Most of the cricket fans aren't surprised with this performance.

I think Anil Kumble is usually very deadly when he bowls against people facing him the first time. The reason for that is the accuracy and the paced at which he bowls. Also because of his height the balls comes from way up making it difficult for first time players to pick him up. So I am really not surprised. In fact, the point that he picked only one wicket is more surprising for me. I expected him to bowl more of his skidding yorker length deliveries which did not come out as usual!! Cheers! Ram

Yup, Jumbo iz the Man !!! He is always my best spinner rather than Harbhajan sing and Muralidharan too. He is doing his job so well and hope will do so in the future, however now he is not a part of Indian bowling line. Apart from this, Airtel Champs League is gonna to be a awesome thriller this year. as all of the participants are in very good form, e-Specially Royal Challangers are in good form and has already shown their passion in first match against Guyana. They have very balanced Bowling line up, J Kallis is seeming the bowl very well. Also Mumbai Indians have tough bowling line up but no1 is in form and this is the most concern for coach though all of them are so experienced.But still hope's that they will perform better in the scheduled matches.
