lately i keep on saying that being a mother is so hard, i just realized today that it is also a blessing.. i am blessed that i have my kids.. i should still be thankful no matter what..

hi slips.. I've been a mom for about 2 years now... yes its hard and tiring at times..but when they (kids) start hugging you, showered you with kisses and telling us moms " i love you mommy".. everything melts... i too am blessed to be a mom and having a son that loves me too...i thank God for giving me the chance to be a MOM..

i definitely agree.. at times i get irritated with my kid and when he detects that i am about to get angry at him, kisses me on the lips and gives me a hug and a kiss.. then i cant get angry anymore..

they say you will learn to fully appreciate the sacrifice of your mother when you become one yourself. it's true... being a mom of two boys is hard work but it's all worth it. sometimes, i get irritated when my kids are unruly and i scold them but afterward my kids would still hug me and say, "we're still friends, right mom?" I can't help but wonder who is more patient, my sons or I?

Hi slipz.. i have to agree with you. It,s no secret that being a mom is hard, but it is also the best job ever. All moms get tired at times, but when we have special moments with our kids it somehow makes it better,and the good times truly outweights the bad. So heres to all the moms trying so hard to do your best..

HI,
Being a mother is not an easy task and for me, I have gone
through the motherhood phase,really a tough way to go.
However, I enjoy my motherhood and I really spent my times alot
with my son.
He is also my sunshine and my everything.
And I should be blessed for having him at my side.

Its a good thing that you treasure him that way.. a child is always a blessing, whether the child was planned to arrive or not, the child is still a blessing.. well this is what i just learned in my life..

Being a mother is an absolute blessing, but you are entitled to complain once in a while too. Actually I think venting helps keep the tough part of parenting in perspective, and helps to see the situation with humor, too

I have heard a lot of good things about being a mother.., yet as I have seen my mother.., taking care of me and my six younger siblings.., alone.., because my dad is most of the time away for work.., It must have been really hard raising kids without my dad to assist her.., and we are seven.., That's why I really admire my mom for raising us well.. She is my personal heroine...=)

that is definitely heroic.. i mean, im a single mom with 2 kids and i am going crazy already, imagine having 4 times the pressure that i have right now, i dont think that i can take it.. but i applaud your mother since she was able to raise all 7 of you.. ^_^

Yes, indeed motherhood is not an easy role but we must be joyful enough to consider the more blessings we have as a parent to our children and a loving wife to our husbands. On my part as a new mother to my daughter i feel happy every single moment of my life because of my family. Whenever i'm down, i always pray and give thanks that im with them all the time.
