What is the best thing to lose of weigth

In my job, being an overweigth is such difficult to do my tasks.So that i keep on jogging and exercise during my day off or even weekend,but im still heavy,please advice to me,what is the best way to lose my weigth.Sometimes i lost my temper for the very slow improvement.

So the first thing you need to realize is that it will probably take time to loose the weight you want to get rid of. Second of all, you need to take a look at what you are eating. A lot of people feel like writing a food diary helps because it is a very good way to keep track of what you put in your mouth. This way it will be easier for you to pin point what it is that you eat that makes it harder to lose weight. Second of all, you need to exercise more. There are no short cuts when it comes to this, it really is a must. Try exercising for 30 minutes every day, and then for an hour every day. You will see results after a while if you just stick to this routine!

First you gotta have a goal or desired weight. Second be consistent in keeping the exercise routine. Like if you will run for how many lapses now, or brisk walk for 2 miles today, the next day you will stop and make some excuses. Be determine to do the same routine everyday. Do this religiously until you reach your desired weight or goal.Third be careful on what you eat. Less fat, less carbohydrates, more water, etc. Research on the kind of diet that will suit you. Before I forget, stay away from sweets but reward yourself once a month with your guilt pleasure. Lastly keep track of your weight everyday so that you will be motivated. I hope that helps.

Losing weight is never easy. But to begin, be sure you don't drink sodas or other high calorie, high sugar drinks. Take in a lot of water and eat sensibly while continuing to exercise. Soon you will begin to see results and you will be happy about that. Be sure to take your vitamins as well.
