what motivates you?

the money i earned is the motivation i need just to get to work on time and do the best thou at times the bond i made with my co workers is also the motivation i need. they make the load lighter and easier. we would just laugh at our mistakes and of course learn from it.

I try to work primarily to provide a good future for my son. To be able to buy things without solely being dependent on my husband. Though, it is really a sacrifice to drag myself every Monday, travel 2 hours just to go to work, it usually pays off at the end of the day when I go home and get a kiss from my son.

Haaay, I understand how you feel because I sometimes feel exactly that way too especially on Mondays! I guess what motivates me aside from the income I'll get from working but the thought that I will get to see and meet other people aside from my officemates. Well, I can say that I am also proud to have accomplish many things in my work. I reward myself with getting a leave and having a vacation in a new place I have not been to. This is also a motivation for me. After a good vacation, I return from work recharged, reenergized, and motivated.

I am fortunate to have got just the type of work I have wanted. I enjoy the work and also the opportunities to travel on business trips to countries abroad in different parts of the world. It is very interesting to meet and work with people of different nationalities and cultures. Those business environments always keep me motivated to get to work.

My only motivation to work hard and achieve something is for my parents.., I want them to be proud of me.., and I want them to know that I am a responsible daughter.., and I will help my siblings someday with their tuitions..,when I get a stable and high paying job..=)

I work the work I love best. Whaty motives you is you got to work for something you like. That's the bottom line. If you work something you don't like, you wont enjoy it and will not make it far.

I go to work for me to earn a living too. I wake up during work days and always think of happy thoughts and let myself be enthusiastic all the time for me not to get tired of going to work. I also let myself have lots inspiration whenever I get a new job like having lots of friends, find a new crush, and make myself feel whatever job I am doing. I just let the earnings come in second place so that I will not get tired of it. Sometimes doing all these have a set back because what if some of my friends from there already left the company or I will be transferred in a different department and so on, then I will lose some of my inspirations and it will be the time I will feel down and low. It is hard to search for another inspiration for me to get going again. So most of the time I really not let myself dwell deeply into my inspirations but just let myself happy being with them and doing what I want to do at work. These are the things that motivates me aside from the pay that I am getting.
