Are there any people who have made lots of money with costs per clicks?

Cost per clicks are ads that that when clicked pays the owner of the site a few cents. Everytime somebody clicks on the ad on the site the site owner get paid. I'm just wondering if anybody has made serious money by just doing this alone on a fulltime basis.
