have you tried making your own dish? I mean really your 'own' dish? when i was a kid i use to watch my mom cook. and i always get excited when she finish because it would always be a new dish that she prepared. she loves experimenting on recipes. she would go to the market get anything she'd think would taste nice and do magic to them. i tried one for myself before, it looks like an adobo (filipino dish) at first but it turns out to be something different when i finish. It's fun and my family did like it. (i hope it's not just because they're my family) :) how about you? have you tried experimenting on a dish?

yeah, I do experiment new dishes, sometimes success and sometime failure, but my sister makes magic with her hands and thoughts. when any dish tastes bad she makes changes in minutes and finally that dish will be superb among all the other dishes. I am proud of her very much, not only in cooking she is like that in every aspect. she is great to me.

hello ergfortes,
We were making omlet what we added was tomatoes, added little pepper and galric salt and haliponos and choppeed up hotdogs. This was really good. i did not think I would like hotdogs in omlet but we figured it close to sausage or meat product.
He like it too. We even chopped up butter pickles on the side added yellow mustard too it ate with omlet.
Thanks and have a great day

I love experimenting of new recipes. If I found any recipe that I like and the ingredients are easy to find (in supermarket or whatever), then I would try that recipe. Of course it's better to make small portion of the food. It's precaution in case my recipe turn into disaster (I always unable to follow the steps correctly)

I quite often experiment, mainly because I find a recipe where there is some content which I am not a big fan off, then I switch out the content with other ingredients or sometimes I just leave them out.
Normally I like the result of my dishes :) And I often tend to see if I can get extra vegetables into it... It is afterall healthy...

Yes, I always do.. Im not a good cook but I can follow recipes pretty well.. But, I don't usually keep the process in mind, so, I always end up making my own version. :)
