99% of the times it is scam. But there are online investment programs which pay on day basis but its very high risk to invest in them as you never know when they will disappear. Few examples to quote are geniusfunds, panamoney. They were in internet make for around 3 years, made lots of money and disappeared. So, don't believe in a quick earning. You can earn in many ways but that would take some time though.
