disadvantage of facebook

hello my loters!!now a days many people is using facebook for communication,don't you know that many student can't study because of using facebook?many couple destroyed their marraige because of facebook and etc.

As what I have heard from the news there was this girl who have met his old guy from facebook until they have decided to runaway from home as this girl was being lost from her parents. Her parents are searching around till they found their daughter but the parents discovered that something personal matters happened to both of them. They filed a case against the guy because he is already in the legal age who did it with this minor girl.

Oooh my GoD, maybe facebook should start creating some parental control tools.
Or they could ask permission to the parents for kids under 18 years when someone adds them as a friend. And block messages from people who aint friends.

Facebook is really pretty tempting for me because instead of going to bed, I can't make myself stop facebooking. It may be a disadvantage but its just up to the member on how he/she controls her time in facebook. Facebook really has its advantages such as like you mentioned, for communication as well as for enjoyment because of the apps and games that it has.. It really just depends on the person on how he/she uses facebook as well as how he/she utilizes his/her time.

I totally agree with you. Everytime I want to go to bed early I cant resist getting behind my pc or notebook and visit my FB profile and end up going to bed at 12.00AM

Facebook is always good for me . I can actually control my self . But yea , I am quite addicted . Facebook indeed has some disadvantages ! But there are so much advantages . So , those disadvantages are usually not considered ! ..Facebook is the best social site if you ask me !

I heard somewhere that over half of all employers check your facebook page if you have one before hiring your.Even after you are hired they may check it to see if you have posted videos or comments that would be consitered bad for the company or ones that are highly innappropriate.I think that this is kind of snoopy and totally removes privacy , so i would suggest not haveing a faceook page at all.

Hi! I noticed that too with my sister, she is always updating and posting comments and of course chatting with her friends. I felt that too the first time I experience it but right now I'm just playing games and not chatting or socializing.

it is not facebooks fault. It is the person's discipline of using it. yes it's fun to meet people, play games, communicate with old friends but you need to watch your limitations and be responsible for your use of computer or the internet. it is not disadvantage of facebook but disadvantage of overusing it.
