uhmm! i just dont want him to wait for nothing but i just cant tell it straight to his face that i dont like him. what should i do?

You don't have to tell him that you don't like him. All he has to know is that you're not interested in having a relationship with him. And, in case he wants to know why, you're not required to give him any reasons for it. Being rejected is part of life. You take a chance and if you're refused, you go on. You have no obligations to this person, except being as polite as you can.
