What web language should i use to make my sites CMS ?

I don't know if i should make my CMS in javascript(moybe not lol) =), pute php or mySQL. I think mySQL qould be most professional but i don't realy know what kind of tables should i make, please share your thoughts !

Have you looked at Joomla? Joomla is php with ability to switch teplates and layouts. It uses a mySQL data base for it's content.
