PTC - What's your Limit?

I recently went through a list of GPT and PTC sites that all were listed as good ones that genuinely paid. Before long I had a list of sites longer than both my arms and I realized that there was no way I could keep up with all of them so began the process of weeding out the ones that didn't pay as well or as often as others or didn't have enough work to make them worth my while. Some of the sites were also very cluttered so as to make working them far too confusing for me. Thus far I still have 34 PTC sites on my list. Do you limit the number of sites you work? What criteria do you use in deciding which ones to keep and which to toss? How many do you work? Any tips for maximizing earnings?
