Describe yourself in one word and say why you choose that word in a paragraph or two it does not have to be true just sound really good please help I have to do this for english class tommorrow.

Calm. I don't speak much and I usually act carefully. I almost never act spontaneously, I think first and then act. If something bad happened, I don't show my panic. People always say, 'You're too calm' to me. Hope it'll help you.
