How to edit publish blogs?

I decided to post this on this interest as i know most of us are doing blogs to earn online. My question is how do you edit publish blogs? I went to the edit post tab and i can see the blog on the left side (i mean outside the box) and inside the box all i can see is a circle that just goes in cirle?:( hope you guys understand what i mean). My understanding is we can still edit our blogs once it is published.

All right, which blog site are you referring to. Because there are many blog sites like blogspot, blogosphere, hubpages, wordpress. They all have different ways in which you can edit the post to earn money. so let us know about the exact name of the blog to help you
