I was wondering what God would be feeling about this world today. Some years back (say 50), there was a lesser population on this planet, the needs of the people were limited, there was more peace, people were tolerant, loving. The workload on god would have been definitely less and He would have been able to listen to the prayers of many people and even fulfilling many of them
The population today is about double than it was 50 years back (or maybe more) meaning that there would be many more people praying out louder to get their prayers heard, the needs of the people have been increasing - now we need so many more things than we needed 50 years ago, peace and loving... One rarely finds a combination of these two, there is more of hatred, selfishness, poverty, ... in short a problems galore on this planet...
I was wondering if He would have been having a miserable time in the today's scenario.

Sweetie, i think the only thing that makes God miserable now, is that the human race is such a disappointment to him.
I mean really, how much did we change these past few years.
I think God's patients is up with us.

Because of the growing population the only thing that we can do in ourselves is to be good, do good so everything would turn out to be good as we are. That would be our great contribution as a mankind in this planet and faithfully God will always guide us. If each of us are good there will come a time that the people around us will be good also resulting to less crimes, less hatred, less problems, less Evil and God will grant us more blessings in this planet.

Half a century ago, man was rehabilitating the earth from the remnants of the world war. The Jews were on a diaspora, trying to find their corner of the sky. The Americans were rebuilding their lives after many of their loved ones had perished in the war. The Japanese and the Germans were healing their wounded pride.
A hundred years ago, the modern man was also rising from he remnants of the first world war. The Great Depression was set to begin in the Americas and somewhere in my islands, my people were learning English.
Almost a thousand years back, the dark ages had set in the world. And man tortured his fellowman.
We are a world at peace now. At least there is no pervading danger. God hears our prayers and He is absolutely dismayed about how we messed up and polluted the planet. But when we think about alleviating the plight of the poor, and think less of greed, when we think about caring and loving our fellowman, and think not of our own world domination, then God is probably giving a . So let's keep this world going the best way we can.

Sharing my beliefs and teachings of our religion regarding this. The hatred, selfishness, and poverty are curse of God to this world. The world will not get better in future if there is future because there are signs that he gave when the judgment day or the dooms day is near. Like the war that happen a long time ago. The disasters that is continuing as of today. The poverty is included and He also says that people love to God will be cold as the modern days come.

Uhmm.. In the first place GOD created everything for a purpose and he knows everything which is because he is ALL KNOWING, he knows the first and last, and maybe GOD has a plan for you. Next is GOD hear everything even if our population will increase 500billion times, but of course, that's impossible, but come to think of it, GOD will answer every prayer with "yes", "no", or wait because, again, GOD has a plan for us. And lastly "Jesus is coming again" soon and very soon, we'll be going to see the king who made the whole universe and everything in it, so don't worry.
