to lose weight

I had been taking different medicines and getting into exercise just to be in shape.But I think nothing happens.I envy my friend who eats a lot but remains slim.I control my food intake yet become bigger.I bother to ask the differences of my stomach and my friend's. What must I do to lose weight at least a few kilograms?

Maybe you should keep a food journal to see what you're doing wrong. There has to be something. Or, you should definitely try to see your doctor sometime to see what's up. Maybe you have a thyroid problem or metabolism problem or something preventing you from losing weight!

Watch what you need, not just how much. Certain foods have more calories than others, so eating, say, a pound of lettuce will have considerably fewer calories than a pound of pasta. If you're really concerned about loosing weight see your doctor and discuss it. He or she may also refer you to a nutritionist to discuss diet.

It sounds as if you need to look at exactly what, how much and when you are eating. All these things can make adifference. I easily gain weight also but the good thing is I easily lose weight too. What I do when I want to lose weight is I do belly dancing. It can tone the muscles in the abdominal area and the pelvic area too. But I do it everyday. And I do not skip meals as to keep my body energized. If you really want to lose weight, you have to consult some experts, i.e, nutritionists. They will really help you with that.
