i want to gain weight!

Since i was a kid am slim and i wanted to gain weight.What food should i take to gain weight?Can you share me your opinion,i would gladly appriciate it thanks.

Eating is the first and most important factor that is needed to gain weight. It's simple - you need to eat more calories than you burn. This does not mean eating anything and everything that is not nailed down. Carefully plan your meals with foods that will help you gain lean mass, not fat. I suggest 6 meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three other small meals scheduled throughout the day. The goal is to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. To gain serious weight, you need supplements. That's what they are, supplements to an already good diet and training program. Think of supplements as the finishing touch.

I would suggest that you'd eat food with more protein + meat. If you don't want to eat those kinds of foods -- don't. No one's forcing you. Though you shouldn't eat what you want too. (like candies,etc.) -- you'll get overweight X_X Though you're question is unique. :D I'm with vice versa right now. (Since I was a kid, I want to be slim not fat and chubby :) Hope this counts!

you have the easiest problem!! hehe how can you not gain weight.. haaa me i am not even eating too much and i am gaining whatever weight there is!! ahhh that is soo unfair. =(

eat more rice!..vegetables and fruits and most specially try to take vitamins that boost your eating habit!

If only i can give My "FAT" to you i would. unfortunately, it ain't that eaSY as it seems. or i think it's impossible. I suggest you take a lot of vitamins, even food supplements as well. but make sure you healthily gain weight with out eating fatty foods that are not healthy. i have been trying to loose weight for months already.

Good think! Ifacting factors: 1. Eat too much - to be enough calories then you wasting for activies. 2. Eat nuts after you finish your Lunch, dinner. 3. Eat only two time Lunch, Dinner with full satisfaction. 4. Make hobby : when you watch T.V - must eat somthing 5. must eat rice.

This is a very unusual discussion. Most people ask how to loose weight, not gain weight. I think you are very fortunite to not have excess weight and should be grateful for that. But I guess if you feel you are too skinny than you need to gain a few pounds, but be careful you don't gain too much. I think you already know the answer to your dilemma. Eat!! I bet you rarely eat, now do you? Be honest with yourself. You don't eat like normal people, you don't eat regularly and you are very active. It's really quite simple, you need to put more calories in than you burn. Just like people who want to loose weight, only the exact opposite. But you need to be careful because if you put the weight on too fast it will all go to your waist. That is where almost every person in this world puts it on first. I think if you want to gain wait then you may try to fast food.. and also take a good quantity of milk.. with banana.. yes if you take daily banana with milk.. then you will gain wait very quickly.. try it now..

try to be pregnantjust kidding.. try to find out first if you have a fast metabolism, because if you do then it will be very hard for you to gain weight.. also try taking vitamins, food supplements and detox capsules that can help you absorb nutrients.. ^_^

You just eat ice cream, pizza, cake and dairy products such as cheese. And white rice is the best if you want to gain weight.
