Paypal Charges?

When i receive money from PTC sites i get the full amount. But when i receive money from an paypal user i have being charged more than 0.37$. Why is it so? Does anyone face the same probs?

People should send you money via paypal and choose 'Gift'. So if you choose Gift then theres no fees.

Where is the option to choose as gift? There is only 3 options goods , services and ebay items.
