You can try this: sweet and sour pork chop with veggies.
Fry pork chops ahead and put on a serving plate. In the same pan, leave about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the oil and saute ginger in medium to high heat. Add sliced onion rings and then stir fry julienned carrots and red bell pepper in it, about 10-15 seconds. Add a little salt and ground black pepper. Empty pan to a separate bowl.
In another bowl, mix flour or cornstarch, water, brown or white sugar, salt, ground black pepper, a little ketchup, a few drops of vinegar or a few crushed pickle relish. Pour in the same pan and let boil until thick. Put off the fire. Mix in the vegetables for 1-2 seconds and then pour over the fried pork chop. You can add pineapple chunks to add more color and flavor.
