Some people are afraid of going to bed because of nightmare. Some because of some worries, some because of lack of sleep. What can be done to enhance a good night sleep void of worries?

A good relaxation and cleansing the mind helps in peaceful sleep. I used to have sleep problems before, especially when i feel the stresses of the work the whole day. With the advice of my friend, I started practising "Yoga" meditation every evening before going to bed. That ws wonderful. Meditation helps physical as well as mental relaxation and health. Since then, I do not have the sleep problem any more. I could have calm and peaceful sleep. You might want to try that too.

Iam also afraid of night and moreover darkness. At night my thinking process increases.I think highest at sleeping time so generally I sleep late. But I want to improve this habit.Although I feel secured in my hubbys company but still he has a sound sleep than me and I just dont sleep early.Something or the other runs in my mind. But yes it can be improved.
