How do handle a friend who does not reply your mail or SMS?

Do you ignore him? Do you begin to let him know you are hurt by the action? Do you tell another friend how you feel?

there are many such cases but the situation depends upon. if it is a serious matter then i too may take someother steps like asking other friend to know the reason. if is for a funny reason i'll make him to reply in some other way.
